Fuel System Upgrades for Iconic NYC Store
The flagship Macy’s store on 34th street required fuel system upgrades. The Core team provided engineering support, permit assistance, and an equipment supply scope that included new fuel oil pumpsets and advanced double-wall flexible stainless steel piping. The new SafeSite fuel oil pumpset included integrated fuel oil controls for all devices, fuel oil filtration, and vacuum line leak monitoring for the new piping. The Core team commissioned all equipment successfully and helped the client bring their entire emergency power system into compliance with current NYC regulatory requirements.
