Progressive Surface is a global manufacturing leader of industrial surface treatment systems. Core Engineered Solutions provided a fully-integrated 3,000-gallon vertical Fireguard tank – outfitted with a 304 Stainless Steel primary tank and submersible turbine pumps to ensure compatibility and longevity with the Ethanol being stored. Core was also responsible for providing a fully-custom remote filling station for the tank including all explosion proof components, transfer pumps, controls, ground verification and dead-man, along with in-line filtration to ensure the product being delivery was free of any water or contaminants; two (2) custom stainless steel Ethanol receiving tanks factory-assembled in one containment basin; and the BRUGG piping system to transfer product between the exterior main storage tank and receiving tanks inside of the building.
